- 2/3 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach packed
- 1/4-1/2 cup apple juice or skim milk
- Ice optional
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If using frozen fruit you’ll probably need to use 1/2 cup liquid instead of just 1/4.
