- Pirouette French Vanilla Cookies
- Vanilla Candiquik
- Holly Sprinkles
First, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat the Candiquik according to package directions.
Use a spoon to spoon melted Candiquik onto the cookie sticks – make sure to leave about 1 1/2 inches of the cookie stick with no chocolate so you can handle the cookie sticks.
I used tweezers to place the holly sprinkles on the cookie sticks, but they’re not required. It just made it a little easier to see where I was placing the sprinkles. I love the detail on the holly leaves and the bright red berries!
Once all of the Holly Jolly Cookie Sticks are decorated, allow them to set. You can pop the sheet tray in your refrigerator to speed up the setting.
Serve these with coffee or cocoa at your holiday parties and your guests will rave over the crispy cookie sticks filled with vanilla cream and covered in festive holly sprinkles!
Holly Jolly Cookie Sticks would make a pretty addition to your holiday cookie platter, too!
And they make SUCH cute gifts! Just slide a cookie stick into a cellophane pretzel bag and tie it closed with red/white twine.
I can’t wait to see you all in the New Year … hope your holidays are merry, your family blessed and your time together absolutely wonderful!
