3 bunches beet tops
400 g minced meat
70 g of rice
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
1. Wash and cut the stems from the tops. Fill the leaves with boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes.
2. Forcemeat mix with onions, rice and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spread the leaves one by one and gently bounce the tip of the stem. On a sheet of paper, put the stuffing and wrap.
4. Carrots and onions fry in the pan. Add tomato, tomato paste and fry some more. Add the cabbage rolls and fill them with water. Cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
